Thank you for choosing Hands Down Lime Light as your preferred supplier. If an order is placed before 2pm the day prior to an areas delivery day we will do our best to deliver the following day. Orders placed after 2pm will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Collections  :

If you place your order by 4pm for collection, your order will only be ready to collect after midday (12pm) the following day. If you place your order before 9am for collection, your order will only be ready to collect after 2pm on the same day.

Courier 1 - 5 Days. Courier fees are applicable to all far and outlying areas within Western Cape and other Provinces and will be calculated according to the distance and volume of the order.

Notice: Please note that stock may be stored across various warehouses, potentially impacting delivery times. Our sales team will contact you if this is the case.

RETURNS

  • Have your invoice number for the purchase at hand.
  • The item must be within its original packaging.
  • Items returned within 30 days will not receive a handling fee.
  • Items returned between 30 to 90 days will receive a 10% handling fee.  
  • Items returned after 90 days will not be accepted.
  • Stock damaged on arrival should be notified to Lime Light Hands Down with in 48 hours.
