Thank you for choosing Hands Down Lime Light as your preferred supplier. If an order is placed before 2pm the day prior to an areas delivery day we will do our best to deliver the following day. Orders placed after 2pm will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Delivery Timelines:

Free delivery is subject to standard delivery timelines. Expedited or special delivery options may incur additional charges.

Returns and Exchanges:

If a free delivery order is returned, the standard return policy applies. Any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Promo Codes:

Free delivery promo codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Cancellation:

Orders with free delivery that are canceled after dispatch may incur a restocking or return shipping fee.

Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free delivery offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Have your invoice number for the purchase at hand.
  • The item must be within its original packaging (Please ensure no price labels are on the item).
  • The item must include all components received in the original packaging.
  • Items returned within 30 days will not receive a handling fee.
  • Items returned between 30 to 90 days will receive a 10% handling fee.  
  • Items returned after 90 days will not be accepted.
  • Stock damaged on arrival should be notified to Lime Light / Hands Down within 48 hours
  • Any pre-order or custom order is considered non-returnable.
