1) Submit a Repair: Easily send in your Wahl Clippers for repair via our online form.

2) Collection: You can arrange to have your clippers collected by us at an additional fee, or you can organize your own shipping.

3) Assessment: We'll assess your clippers within 48 hours of their arrival at our Repair Center.

4) Warranty Repairs: If your clippers are under warranty, repairs are on us! (Be sure to check your specific warranty terms.)

5) Proof of Purchase: If the clipper was not purchased from us, please provide a receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claims.

6) Repairs under R450: Repairs costing below R450 will be automatically processed to ensure your clippers are back to you as soon as possible.

7) Repairs over R450: For repairs exceeding R450, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

8) Availability of Parts: Repairs that require available parts will be completed within 72 hours of receipt at our center.

9) Unavailable Parts: Should parts be unavailable, we will contact you to provide an estimated timeframe for the completion of your repair.
